This number called me three or four times today. I finally answered to tell them to remove me from their list, whoever they are, and there was no answer. I do not have an electric bill; I live in an apartment and someone else pays. I want to be removed from their list. There should be a mechanism for EVERY UNWANTED CALL not only to block them, but to report them to authorities, force them to identify themselves, force them to remove the called person from their list, and force them to report to whoever sold them the list that the person's name is to be taken off of EVERY COPY OF THE LIST. The entity that made the call and the entity that provided the list should be FINED. This is all data mining, not with my consent. I do not want to keep paying phone and data so that crooks can have a free advertising medium for their scams.
