Claims a debt is owed but cannot/will not provide details or follow legal guidlines to send verification of debt. Makes threats that hold no water. Wish they would get it that I am not going to be made to pay a debt they won't verify with documentation.
I had a few PDL and paid on time for all. Then had a hack on my bank account and these jokers start calling. Came to learn that under the laws governing PDLs in my state I had over paid to all of the accounts as none of the companies are licensed to operate in Minnesota.
Hard lesson learned. No more easy way out but not going to be taken by threats.
I i received this call about 22 times from this person name randy washington stating that he was from payday loan company for advance payday acs incorp do anyone reconize this # 617-871-6822 ext 3807
We keep getting a call from different men with the same accent.They state we have won money but we must send them more money to receive it not stating exactly how much.One of the men actually said they have just come over the border.These calls are consistant even after we have asked them to stop calling.This has been going on for over 1 year.
