This number just called me and when i called them back they asked for my attorneys name and phone number. When i asked who they were with the guy called me a dumb [***] and said they were having the police come to my house and arrest me. I asked again who he was with and he hung up on me
I called back and the guy again asked for the number they called and i gave them my number so the guy called me a [***] again and asked if i would help him with phone sex. Highlight of my day

Just received a call from 508 463 0714 comes up private name.. ditto when I call back, foreign sounding man for sure, Very broken English, find it hard he was in Massachusetts as # wld suggest, I hung up
Yes - same story here. I fought with these people for a good chunk of the afternoon AND they contacted my employer. Now I'm unclear how they have all of this info. The guys telling me I owe for a loan etc, etc but then would not give any details, told me I had to pay today, and refused to send me any paperwork. Ask for a new contract stating they have purchased the debt and once you pay a certain amount it's paid in full. He hung up on me when I said that. It's just crazy tactics, probably a scam and most states have laws about this type of BS. Good luck everyone!
You are correct, I just received a call a guy telling me his name was Kevin Phillips from phone number 508-463-0714 telling me I had a loan from Cash Advance for the 400.00 and if I did not pay today via Green.Money they would send the police to arrest me at my Job or Home, the strange thing is they called my work phone number and also knew what city I lived in when I called them back to tell them I had contacted my attorney and was calling the better business bureau he told me to get prepared the police would be coming to my home tonigh to arrest me, this really shook me up and I do not know what to do about this any suggestions.
