Eos is out of Massachusetts and does not seem to be connected to Frontier, who by the way does not have a charter in Nevada because it was revoked. How are you equating both these debt collectors to be one and the same?
This bites. I've had several calls and no voicemails. Googling the number comes back to Worcester Mass but I'm in Michigan and know nobody in Mass. Upon callback I get "all circuits are busy".

I think this person is a collector. They were calling for an old roomate who was the king of having collection agencies on his back. I answered and they provided me with a number for him call back at. 1-866-288-0436
