Can anyone tell me who this number belongs to? I don't answer calls that are unidentified, so I ignored the first call that came in. That was well over a year ago and the calls continue, one per day and EVERY day! After a while I blocked it; with my phone it means it rings once and then the caller hears only fast loud beeps. That hasn't bothered this caller, the calls continue on a daily basis and I seem to be the only one to ever report this number so it can't be a scammer or it would have certainly appeared here before this. Another site tells me this is a VoIP mobile phone. Can anyone help?
