I picked up on my home phone because this call was from a MA area code and had a name attached (not Rachel). The robocall was familiar: "Rachel from Cardholder Services " ... this has been reported for years now. I guess they've moved to yet another number. Yes, I am on the DNC list and have verified that. I hung up quickly.

I have noticed a pretty strong increase in spam calls lately. Maybe layoffs at the FTC? Without enforcement of the DNC list, our phones can become close to useless.
