I received a call feom this number @7:45pm. I didn't recognize the number & the caller ID showed "Reinforced Care" since I'm not familiar with the business & it's way beyond any business hours I rejected the call.

While I don't answer numbers I don't recognize, I will listen to their message if they leave one. This call was from On Process Technology on behalf of Square Trade, the warranty company, regarding a device they had replaced. If the ID had said "Square Trade," I'd have answered it. The choices under "Call Type" below don't include "legitimate business call," so I had to leave it marked as unknown.
