I kept getting calls from this number and my caller I.D. says Gift Center. Usually they dont answer or they hang up. But yesterday I answered, they asked for me by name, the lady was very rude and bossy and urged me that this is the last attempt for me to renew my car warranty. I asked her what company she was calling from and what warranty she was speaking of, she refused to answer until i give her my address and credit card info, when i declined, she then called me a "[***] [***]" and hung up. I tried to call the number back but i can never get to speak to a live person
Received a few calls from this number, listed as SUNROCKET DID, Woman was loud and rude to my wife, asking about our car warranty, (It's a '95, do you think it's still got a warranty?...) when we told them not to call again she cussed my wife out and hung up, The third call had this weird sound like a slide on an semi auto pistol clip being slid into the gun. These people are trying to brandish weaponry over the phone!?! Their behavior is criminal.
Tired of receiving this call everyday, I pressed the appropriate buttons to speak with a representative. I have pressed the remove button dozens of times. He addressed me by name and wanted to verify my address. I told him he had my information. I explained I had a 1991 vehicle but the big problem was I work nights but I have family on the road and have to leave the phone turned on. I also explained that I have pushed the button multiple times to be removed from "the list". He cut me off and said he would take care of it and "have a good day"
I have started a campaign to locate this caller and if I have any results I will post them. I am also contacting the commonwealth attorney, she is very aggressive in pursuing malicious harassment calls. Wish me luck.
