I received the same exact call as the person above. Didn't answer left the voicemail. Sounded a bit more threatening in my voicemail however saying I needed to call back before it was too late and they had to move onto further measures.
My house phone rang today, Nov 29, 2016. I was on a call with my work on my cell, so I did not answer. It was from 508-553-1905 in Franklin, MA. A women left a voice message on my answering machine. She had a polite voice and identified herself as Isabel Cooper. She spoke English well, not a foreigner. She asked for my wife and said her full name correctly. She said she has my wife's paperwork and is working with a client and call back today because it is time sensitive. She said she can't leave details in the message because of its sensitive nature. She said she would be in her office until 6:30. But she never mentions what company or organization she is from. This smells fishy, so we did not call back. My wife was not expecting any such phone call. Then a while later, this Isabel Cooper woman leaves the same message on my cell phone. She has my home phone AND my cell phone! And she knew my full name. Again, she leaves a message searching for my wife. And again no mention of what company she is from. After doing a web search on this phone number, I see many others have got a similar call. Stay away folks! Don't call back. I think she will pretend to be a debt collector. By the way, why is Verizon still allowing these scammers to use that number?

Isabelle Cooper strikes again...debt collector, threatens that she has your file on her desk and will move forward with drastic measures if she doesn't hear back from you. Never says who the client is, or what paperwork she has on you. Just wants you to call her back and leaves a return phone number. Just ignore, if they want you bad enough they will send something in writing via postal mail where they have to disclose what the debt is and to whom it's owed in writing. Then you can address it from there if it's a valid debt you actually owe them.

Just because someone on the phone calling you says you owe a debt does not mean you actually owe it.
If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:
1. Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2. Demand a debt validation letter by US mail. E-mail no good.
3. Do not pay the collection agent or anyone else a dime until the debt is validated
Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply ignore them and block their calls.
If they are bothering you, report them:
http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection (Threatening civil proceedings with no intent to follow through, or threatening criminal process in order to collect a civil debt is a violation of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.) The same goes for endless telephone harassment
Also contact your local attorney general
If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved. Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.
You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.
You have to get tuff with these people because, being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking), the only thing they understand.
