I received the following call on a Monday: This is Isabella Cooper and I am calling concerning a time sensitive matter if you could blah blah blah. You get the picture. I am not about to call anyone who will not clearly identify themselves or what the "time sensitive" matter is. I then received a tad ruder call from her the following Wednesday. By that Thursday I had had enough. I am completely blind, so had my husband read her number back to me. I was greeted by a IP computer number (Vontage, I believe) her voice proclaiming only her first name, and then an automated voice letting me know I could leave a message and hit # for more options. I told Isabella that she could send me a letter concerning this "time sensitive matter" and never bother me via phone again; that if she knew my phone number then she should know my mailing address; that I would not deal with her via the phone for any reason and any calls from her would be considered harassment since I had now been very clear that any correspondences between her and I must be done via post. Luckily, nothing yet from her, but the week is young.
they are rude and want me to pay more than what I can afford. I have not received any written communication from them and I am just not willing to give out personal/financial information over the phone knowing that fruadulent Vandals are on the loose.
I was told once I make payment arrangements they will send me out a letter. It just seemed shady and the calls were quite upsetting. I cannot even find information about the company on the internet
My 76yr old mother received a call from this number. We rarely speak (once every 2 months) they called looking for her adult son. They knew her number , full name, and address although she has never been a co-signer for me. They are harassing and worrying an elderly woman. While I on the other hand have never received a written or verbal communication. I own 3 properties and can easily be found through public tax record. Very creepy and suspect.
