I got a phone call from #508-556-6846. Girl left message that sounded urgent and panicked- Said her name was Sarah Baker and that I needed to call her back immediately- did not say who she was calling for, where she was calling from nor did she leave a call back #- said the best phone # to contact her was on my caller ID. How did she know I even had caller ID? the # on the caller ID said Tang Say or Say Tang- whatever. I did not call back- very unprofessional message and they called at 6:30pm.
i received a call from some foreigner with a middle eastern acient stating he was from law enforcement and that i have a certain time to contact him back or he wishes me good luck with the outcome of what will happen to me & said my ss# is under investigation. Wouldnt i get a certified letter in the mail or police at my home if i were under investigation???? WTF?
Got a call from Danny Williams of the American Law Division on my work phone(I didn't identify myself but took a message) then same guy called on my cell phone and said he worked for the Law and Investigation something ot other. Claims I have legal matters pending against my ssn and the usual scam spill.
The huge give away was that when he brought up where I lived he said either the state or country of it. I live in a state. He must have failed the immigration test if he doesn't know a state from a country. Wish the FBI would track down the master mind behind this scam and throw him in a jail cell and throw away the key.
I recieved a call at approx 645am west coast time, i didnt answer but a message was left. A guy with india or some other middle east acient stated he is investigating a legal matter involving my ss#. stated my last 4 of ss#, said i had 2 hrs to contact him back or cops would come to my home and or work. If i didnt comply he stated i would never work in the U.S of A...lol..when i called the number left in message and caller I D it was not working.I have worked in collection before and know between what times on a given day you can call...definitly not at 645am...nice to know i am not the only one recieving this call...all i can say is call me s.o.b..lol. i have a associates degree in criminal justice..
i keep gettn calls from a man who everytime he calls he uses a different name. claims he is with some law enforcement, he calls my work my home my cell..i dont return any of his calls..he will leave me alone for a few weeks than he starts in again. tells me if i dont return his calls bad will fall upon me, cops will show up at my door the theats go on and on..i have filed with the FTC everytime i get a message from him..cuz also use's other numbers as well..
I am getting harrassing calls from a man and sometimes a woman with a heavy accent at work and home leaving the same threating messages. Please someone make them stop!!!!
