Some scamming idiot illegally called my cell phone.  I refused the call and blocked the caller.  I don't know how these scam artists got around the restriction on my phone because only calls from people in my contact list are supposed to go through, but they did it.  The call allegedly is from Franklin but the number is completely bogus, yet another sign of a scam artist, very likely an overseas one.
