Caller sounded like an Indian accent -- fairly difficult to understand. Was selling a vacation opportunity. Was very specific this was not a time share and they were not "selling" anything, all I need to do is attend a 60 to 90 minute presentation to get a 5 day cruise or 4 day vacation package. They were calling on behalf of the "Welcome Center".
