It's some sort of scam for home repairs. They go door to door in bad weather so you feel bad and let them in; then they try to talk you into an appointment for an estimate and hound you with repeated calls that don't leave voicemails. My husband felt bad for the guy and let him in to talk, so now i get these calls all the time
