I had a call from this number around 12:30 pm on 10/19/15.  No message was left on my voice mail.   Whenever a call comes in like this, with no message, it goes on my scammers list.  Anyone that is legitimate and really needs to contact you will leave a message.
Clark County Nevada, as of 2014, has two area codes.  Everyone must dial ten digits even if it is the same area code as the one you're calling from.  We were told that the high demand and population growth would deplete all the 702 numbers, in 2014, so the new 725 area code was added. I'm no expert on this, but I think all the scammers and telemarketers caused this change because they are constantly ending service on numbers and immediately pick up new numbers.  The old, previously used, numbers can not be put back into service until a specified amount of time has elapsed.
