This company is in the is in the islands and pretends to work on behalf of Charter Cable requesting customers to return their equipment when you stop some service that has charter equipment. This is a very clever scam because they leave
a phone message { over and over for weeks, even after Charter has it documented that equipment was returned}
I called back and found them to be basically fishing for info. of any kind. A real person answers the phone Charter does not know anything about this and obviously there is no intellect communication..
