Who called from 5086463399

This number has called twice today and not left a message either time. The caller ID is "unknown name". Not even the basic city/state. That's suspicious enough for me to add it to my block list. I'm wondering what the scam is.

no-more-calls.com reports 106 complaints about this number (http://no-more-calls.com/508-646-3399/) but so far no one else has reported it at 800notes.

I received a call from this number ( 1-598-646-3399 )on July 21, 6:09 Pm 2016 Didn't pick up.

It said it was "Joe" from the chimney service.  Definitely a scam because it didn't give any name of the chimney service.

Called and let the answering machine pick up...no message left, but could hear two men arguing.
