Who called from 5086573129

I got a call from this number and it rang when I answered and then went dead

My phone rang and when I picked it up I heard another ring through the phone. What is this all about. Some one must be punished.

My roommate's cell phone rang, and at the same time, the house phone rang.  We both answered and we heard a phone ringing...that was it.  Strange.

Also, when you call the number it says the number is no longer in service.  ??Strange??
