These type calls are totally annoying. You run to the phone and no one answers you.
It is an invasion of my privacy. Interesting you can't spam anyone on the Internet however these calls seem to get through with no penalty. Isn't it about time to put a stop to this?  I blocked this number on my phone so they can't call again. How rude to invade privacy. STop the calling.
