Indian accent guy with very abusive vulgar language. Insisting that a particular person worked at this business and demanded to speak with him. I was called a liar, B^&*(**^ and several other words. He said his name was Edward Marshall and he was the manager. I asked to speak to the owner and he said the owner was gone for the day and he did not want to speak to me. Watch out for the Indian accent abusive man.
Same problem as above. Claimed to have all of my info and told me that by three oclock i had court today. He then went on to tell me that this call was connected to the court house and was being over heard by a judge. When I asked to speak with the judge or manager of the company he represents he started cursing at me telling me that if i did not wish to handle the f'ing problem than he would personnally make sure that he sends someone to my home and place of employment to embarass me. When i told him to send them to my work at the sherrifs department he got mad and hung up on me. Thing i find funny is he left a name and number to get ahold of him and when i call back he doesnt even answer.
Received multiple phone calls from number, when I finally answered the phone a rude man tried to tell me that I owed 300 dollars for a payday loan that I had never taken. Also told me their was a lawsuit in the state of colorado against me for identity theft. I asked for a case number, and they gave me a fake one. They also repeatidly asked who my employer was, I wouldnt tell them so they got frustrated and started to curse at me. I asked him what I should do and he didnt have an answer for me, I knew the call was a fraud, considering he continued to threaten me by telling me my adress and bank account numbers, so I filed a report and told him that I was calling the police department in Boston. Funny thing, when I tried to call back I got no answer either.
this phone is repeatedly calling my work. I have told them not to call me at work and that it was against the collection practices to call me repeatedly when I have asked them not to. She said fine I'll call you at home. She then proceeded to call back 4 more times while I was out of the office. this is the same company that called me a year ago stating there were going to send a sherriff to arrest me for check cashing fraud. when i asked for proof they said they had already sent it to me. i told them i never rec'd it but they refused to give me any other info. back then when they called my home my sister answered and told them she wanted their name, address, company name so she could send it to the BBB. they hung up and didn't call back until this started again.
