Scumbag telemarketer looking for patsies to fleece.

Well I called them anonymously back and when they did not answer and asked for a message I gave them a flatulenty type answer :-) :-) :-) :-)

Caller ID is just the number.  They wake me up.  I answer.  It was a recorded message from Governor Charlie Baker telling me to vote for someone for the governor's council.  I was groggy, so I thought the name was Bruce Willis.  I liked "12 Monkeys" and the "Die Hard" movies, so I'll give it some very serious consideration. :-P
