They keep calling our house for some other person and we keep telling them that this person does not live at this number. I have repeatedly told them to take their number off their list, but they continue to call. I have reported them to our states attorney general and they are a scam. Today they called during my son's naptime and I let the guy have it. Well, he keeps calling and hanging up.
They called me today saying I have commited check raud, thet by deception, and wire fraud. I told them to send me a letter of my charges and they just talk over me. Then the person yelled at me called me a defraud and told me to shut the hell up.
They call me at work, at home and on my cell. This Michael Johnson threatens me with legal action and all other dire happenings. They are like stink bugs that you can't get rid of. My lawyer has returned there calls and they yell at him, too. There appears to be no way to stop them as they just keep using throw-away cell phones and different people. Any advice?
