I receive this  call and they do not talk and when you call it back it says the number you called is not in service. How can this be when they just called me???? I'm disabled and can't run to the phone and have this happen.  I will report it to the FCC and FTC if it does not stop immediately and this number will get a call from my lawyer very soon. STop it now. You will be fined for doing this so you whomever you are must stop..Be warned.
