Just some background on them. They are a collection agency. There have been calling me for quite sometime and I had it stopped when I told them I work for the FBI they hung up on me and then when I try to call back they wouldn't answer my calls. They are a not even actually in the US. They got my information from a PAYDAY LOAN APPLICATION that I filled out and they claim I owe money on a payday loan but I never took the loan out. They are a scam. Best way to stop them is too agree to what they are saying and listen to the claim, then tell them that you want to go to court and they should send all their information to your local sheriff's office for processing.
This number has been calling my workplace for the past week. He calls 4 to 6 times a day, and does not speak very good english. On top of that, the person who took the call, tried to get some info. on why he was calling. He hung up on her! I don't know what to do, because he is not calling my phone, he is harassing my workplace.
