This appears to be an employment agency. They did leave a message on my cell phone, but it wasn't in any language I could understand. That number is now blocked on my phone.

this is a recruiters number offering a job as radiation safety technician or decon technician at nuclear power plant, or dept. of energy site... its totally on the up and up. you either were referred to them (maybe by a friend or some school you attended),you applied with them (sent resume) , or they dialed a wrong number.
