508.761.0008 out of Attleboro MA called stating my vehicle warranty was expired and asked if i wanted to hear my options. I hung up and called back; got a fast busy signal from the number. SPAM/SCAM
Called my cell phone, and as soon as I heard the recording, I knew I had received the same call from other numbers, so I used the menu options to finally get to a love person... She asked me to confirm the make and model of my vehicle, and when I refused and said I wanted to know who she was working for, she got belligerent and informed me she WOULD NOT take me off her list and she WOULD be calling me again... Since this is about the 4th time this week I have gotten the call, all from different numbers, I am thinking it's about time to call the authorities....
Car warranty, scam of course, I had time today because of the blizzard. Talk to them , give them fake information, give them phony credit card numbers .WASTE THEIR TIME. It really pissed them off . If everyone [***] with them they will go out of the scam biz.
I keep getting these calls - I'll block this one, and then tomorrow it will be another number telling me how my 20 year old car's warranty is about to expire. I'm on the do not call list, but nothing seems to work.
