that number is for people helping out veterans over seas, i know cause i donate to them, they get alot of incoming calls a day from people who are harassing them, so sometimes there is a little laughter involved, so you people should probably let them do their jobs helping out the troops over seas fighting fo our country.
Shows name of Massachusetts. Received two calls from that number with no voice message left. Then another call came in and went into voicemail. It sounded like kids laughing...with hand over mouth piece. I placed a call to that number, blocking my number....and an adult mail answered..."Hello, May I help you?" I just hung-up.
