I am dealing with that idiot now at my work. I work for the Department of Veterans Affairs. He has called over 200 times just in one day. This guy is a damn joke. I even had the VA police department talk to him. He pretty much told them to F off. ITs at the point now that the FBI has been notified and not sure what will happen next. They have gone so far as to fell me about my bank account numbers and ssn. They have my address and they have even said that they will show up and take my life and family away from me and leave me with nothing. I actually asked that they show up at my house. I didnt spend 2 years in Iraq to come home and deal with some puke try to get money from me to fund his terrorist acts.
This company has called our place of business more than 20 times in the last 15 minutes requesting to speak to a staff member. We informed the caller, Michael Thompson, that it is against company policy for staff members to have personal phone calls while on duty. Michael was very rude and stated that "I wil have you loose your job and (staff member) will loose her job too)!" Then he continued to harrass me by stating "are you stupid or something" I repeatly told Mr. Thompson that she was unable to come to the phone and to try to contact her at home. He continued to be irrate and call back numerous times. Several Department Managers answered the calls and had the same encounters.
I actually took the call from the number and they told me I was in some sort of ss fraud and a cash advance company that I used sent my account to them because they could not debit my account for the money I owed which according to her was 196.00 in 3 payments and If i didn't pay it I would have to go to court for fraud and theft she wanted all my credit card information. she did have my ss # and bank #. I did use a cash advance company so I called them and they told me my account was in good standing and it was a scam. I called the 508-794-9417 back to tell her that I just talked to my cash advance company and they said I was fine. I told her that my bank statements show they are the only cash advance company I used. She was mean and said fine then you can wait for the court papers to show up and get a lawyer. They need to be stopped I was truly scared when they called thinking I was in some sort of trouble.
She claimed her name was Raymond Thompson and that my SS# was being used fraudulently they keep calling and are extremely rude, I don't even know how they got my number as it is in my roommates name and I haven't used it for anything on-line as i use my cell number on the rare occasions i give it out. From now on I am going to tell them to f**k off and just get more vulgar with them from there
This person called about 6 times back to back in the time span of 2 mins. When finally a co worker answered the phone. He was hard to understand due to his accent and bad connection. He was very rude and irate with her and asked to speak to a manager in the place of business. He woldnt say what it was about until he got to speak with the manager in which he then gave out my social security # and a wrong name to go with the social security #. This is against the law to give this iformation out as so and to harrass at the place of business when he was told no one by that name worked here. he also said he was an officer by the name of shawn villarty yet had an indian / asian accent. wtf?!!!
I got the exact same call this morning that everyone seems to be getting. In fact, I got the same person (Shawn Villarty) as the post above. I bet he called at least 20 times back to back. He was extremely nice till I told him I didn't believe his call was legitimate and then the he flipped his mind. He was screaming rude, obsene things and was almost not even making sense anymore. Bad thing was he had numbers of several co-workers trying to get them to transfer him to me when I quit picking up the phone. These scammers are pretty intelligent and have their resources which is pretty scary! I called our police here at work and reported the number. Don't fall into their scam!!
