It is an overseas scammer. They get US cellphones then pull this crap on craigs list listings. They give u even a town close to u they supposedly live in. But then they offer to send u a cashiers check etc and will arrange from local puckup cuz their on a business trip. I've nvr fell for it but its akways the same story.
