I recieved calls from these guys today 50 times and they had me paged on the overhead at my job stating it was an emergency call. I can hardly understand them, they told me they were sending the cops to my job and my home, I told them to bring it on. I told them that I worked with the FBI office in NY and they are just eager to meet you and the cop that comes to arrest me. That didn't even phase them they just kept yelling out me and telling me to shut up over and over, something needs to be done with them. The FBI says it hard to get these guys because they are from Indian using american numbers to call you on so they can't even trace the call. I seen a segment on these guys on dateline and they all use the same line. NY state also issued a warning not to give these people any money you can not be arrested for debt. all my debt is paid for and the one payday loan I had three years ago is paid and I have the paper to prove it.
My Co-worker has been repeatedly harassed by these people. They have called her home and our office threatening with physical violence. They are very abusive and will insult you with many colorful words! I have called the police department but like the previous person stated, there is nothing you can do. There has been a period of time where the calls will stop only to continue after a few days. No matter what these people say, DON'T give them authorization for anything. If at all possible, record the phone calls and contact your local news media. They will in turn play the phone calls and warn people.
OMG!!! So I have been getting harrassing phone calls at work and on my cell phone by a man that says his name is Brandon Lawrence. He states that I took out a loan thru cash advance for 300.00 and that I now owe 585.00 for lack of payment. I never took out a loan with this company and they have all of my INFO. Checking account,SSN,address, and phne numbers. I am being bothered by this crazy man who refuses to stop calling my place of employment. I am very bothered by reading most of the comments left on here. I want this to stop and the people involved to be arrested.
I have received calls from this Indian speaking guy -- he says he have my social security no, and his company, Legal Department of DFF-- is taking legal action againt my name and SS number I need to pay or I will be in big trouble. He called my work number as an anonymous caller -- left message with this phone number on my voice mail -- I believe this same guy called my work number a couple month ago from different number and from a different location North Carolina.
I HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS CALLS ON MY JOB ASKING FOR ME APPARANTLY, I WAS OFF THAT DAY, BUT I CALLED THE #, THIS INDIAN SPEAKING MAN STATED THAT I HAVE A LOAN OUTSTANDING AND WAS VERY ABUSIVE TOWARDS ME ALSO MY STAFF AT WORK, THESE PEOPLE KNEW ALL MY INFO. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THESE PEOPLE ARRESTED FOR THE HARASSMENT.
Recieved calls continously and asked them to stop calling and they kept calling back until said we were going to get harrassment charges on them. We decided to call them back to see what company they were from and wasnt real sure what the guy said but he put another person on the phone who than started speaking to me and saying he wanted to have sex with me and wanted to know where i lived so he could come over. I likely never gave them any info about me but they need to be reported somehome!!
