Continually call leave no message if I call line is busy

This number has called me several times. When I answer the phone there is nothing on the phone. When I call back the line back the line stays busy

Seems to be another Craigslist BS'er calling for listings, mouthy, wanting for nothing. Then calls leaving no message, but record of their number. After that begin to receive "UNAVAILABLE #"  with disgusting vile messages, reported to the phone company. Remember no one's information is unavailable, just another fool!
