Everyone needs to go to the FTC complaint assist every time they receive one of these calls. I've been doing this every time since a few days ago, because these calls will just not stop! Maybe someone there will actually do something about it if they get enough complaints!!?!?!
Called our business shortly before 1pm this afternoon. Apparently my car warranty has expired! Which is fascinating, seeing as the car is only 7 months old. Likely story. Tried to push "2" to be removed from the follow-up list, and got a fast busy followed by the dial tone.
This comopany is based in Africa....Last week I got the same call and got to speak with a telemarketer who gave me her name and the company's name. I looked it up on line and found it is based in Africa...good luck trying to collect for a warrentee claim. The caller annoyance bureau telephone number is 800 518 5507.
