Who called from 5089986238

Called but did not leave a message.  I have received several calls from this area code and exchange over the last few days, several times a day, never leaving a message.

They called everyday. It said New Bedford, MA. Now it says Security Force. They also called by Private Name,Private number every 15 minutes. I unplugged my phone for 6 hours.

I keep getting calls from 508-998-6238 on my cell phone.  I do not answer calls that I cannot identify.  I have listed my cell phone and home phone on the "DO NOT CALL REGISTRY" and continue to get calls from toll free numbers and numbers such as the one above.  What is wrong with this picture?
