Mulitple calls about "Seniors Falling - Get a Medical Alert Device"

Calls my cell phone every day.  Seniors  medical alert device.  it is a scam most likely because I callled the number back to see if it would reveal who it is.  Amessage came on   you can,t call international  on your cell phone.   They are using a spoofed number.  509 area code is Washington state They are not calling from th e U.S.

I get a call from this number atleast 4 times a week, I dont answer because I dont recongize the number and they never leave a message.

We gets call from this number everyday and try to call it back. The message says "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and try your call again."
