After reading a warning on Kim Komando's newsletter a week or so ago I remembered lawsuits from obscure companies with local area code eliciting "yes" responses as confirmation recorded and I had been receiving phone calls but no message being left for about 2 or more weeks every 2 to 3 days and for the first time I answered there was a quick introduction and a request to record conversation to which I had replied yes but remembering the article after the agent said he represented a cruise line with availability to provide exceptionally low prices and when the agent paused I clearly said "no I am not interested" there was silence for about 3 to 4 seconds and then I asked for their name and was immediately disconnected.
First time it called it asked the "Do you hear me question" that there have been warning about, then hung up. It's been followed up with silent hang up calls.
