Called and I turned on the phone after the 2nd ring and got a dial tone.
Since caller ID said Walla Walla WA I'm assuming it's just a scammer. Blocked.

Received a call from 509-204-9620 caller ID displayed "Med Clinic" I did not answer and they left no message. Today is the scam call extravaganza as this is the fifth scam called I have received today at it is only 1:30 PM. Can't wait until dinner hour when a lot more will roll in.
