Since I work for the FTC. we looked up the law firm according to them it's coming from, turns up to be there is a firm but it's located in Brazil. Totally shockness and the email is coming grom a GMAIL address and the good thing about google it identifies it as a debit collection email., ITs all a SCAM.
got an email today listing this number to call back for a debt for a payday loan or they will take you to court. I do not owe this debt, and the "original company" they named in the email said I am not even in their system.
