This is a scam. They are from India. IRS never calls or emails. I have reported this to the IRS. Do not pay attention to any calls. IRS only sends mail. They keep changing the numbers and calls are forwarded to India. Put an end to these scams. Call IRS 800-829-1040 if you have any questions. Never pay attention to any other numbers.
Scam. No Caller ID. A recorded message allegedly from IRS saying that I'm being sued (supposedly). Third call this morning (in an hour and a half), the first at exactly 8:00 am that I inadvertently answered. Other two went to answering machine. Two different call back numbers given, the other being 206-494-0741.
