First they say that the call is being recorded, then they ask to verify the billing address (presumably to confirm that their bills were received). Then comes the punch line: They ask you when youze gonna pay what youze owes 'em... If you receive bills from them for directory advertising, then they'll call you if your unpaid balance goes past 45-60 days.
