"Spokane Washington" called with another 'IRS is starting legal action against you' scam

Three phone calls in three days from I.R.S. in Spokane Washington, letting me know that the I.R.S. is suing me in a lawsuit.  Put these [***] in prison!!!

she called again, that's twice in 4 hours. I hope she calls again so I can send money

left msg. saying I need to call for info about (garbled sounding IRS) lawsuit about to be filed yesterday - today has called multiple times, probably 4, left msg. twice.. I unplugged phone while ringing just now (turned answering machine off). When I plugged it back in after a few minutes, it was still ringing.   HARRASSMENT!!!!
