I got a call from this number on August 10, 2011 in the morning. They identified themselves as Child Protective Services from Utah and told me I was put in a database, but before they could further explain the line disconnected. I looked up the phone number on line and it is MCI Worldcom Communications in Kennewick, WA. I called CPS in Utah and they looked up my name - I have no current file, and they have no record of calling me. I tried to call this number back and I too just got a busy signal. This company may be trying to collect money from a person that shares my name, but I have no debt - I don't even own a credit card. Anyone who recieves suspicious calls I would call the the National No-Call registery at 888-382-1222, but you do need to call from the phone that you want blocked. This will only protect you from solicitation of companies that you have no affiliation with. If you have a previous transaction with an agency they still have the right to call you, and this also does not protect you from scammers.
this number had called and they left no answer i did a cell reverse look up it came back as.....

i called the nuber back a hand full of times and all i got was all sercets are busy. So then i had texed back who is this? no response yet
yeah just got a call from this number around the same time, circuits are busy also. But before that I got a call from an unavail also and answered and they hung up, same with this one, i answered and they hung up. called back. circuits are busy.

I am sure if I call back no one would answer. I downloaded a free app blokes unwanted calles. I was getting multiple calls from an unknown number, so now all of those are blocked
