i dont know if it is real or not they called at 12 at night

Called at 12:45am last night.  Said the IRS is filing law suit against me - and call an 800 for more info.  Bogus.

I must be on someone's idiot list.  This is the 3rd call, each time with a new number.  They claim to be the IRS but refer to themselves as Internal Revenue ServiceS.  Always states it is a final attempt to contact me and that they are suing me.  THIS IS A SCAM.  PLEASE REPORT THESE CALLS BY 1)  Emailing the real IRS at: [email protected] (Subject: 'IRS Phone Scam')  AND  https://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml

Same complaint as above. We received the call at 10:45 pm. Sound asleep, thought someone died. Wish I called have written down the 800 number!

Was a recording woman's voice stating that they were calling on behalf of the IRS.  This call came in at 10:40 pm.
