I got a call from 509-428-2495 a recorded message that the IRS was suing me I asked if they were the
United States IRS and I was disconnected tried to call back but all I get is a busy signal they have left the same message on my machine 3 times today 12/4/15 must be a scram I think.
Just got a call as well from some claiming to be the IRS. It's on the sprint network and a cell phone. They told me I owed money to the IRS. I laughed and said "IRS pays me money each year. Send me a bill and Ill pay it.
Received 2 calls with automated message with a women's voice saying a lawsuit is being filed against me by the IRS and to called a number to take care of it. After the 2nd call I blocked it.
I had a message on my answering machine that said they were calling from the IRS and it was the final notice that the IRS filing a claim against me. I called the number back and the person that answered couldn't even speak English. I knew it was a scam because the IRS only communicates via mail...but I wanted to find out what their scam was and I was going to play along with them...when the person didn't speak English I hung up. I have tried several times to call them again but the line is always busy.
I had the same thing happen! And when I called them I ended up getting hung up on 3 times and they changed the information from what I was told the first time! Then the line went busy.
