Thank you, Brain Anderson told my sister-in-law he was a Bankruptcy litigation lawyer. I knew he was a fraud. They had her so scared and in tears. We need to do something about these jerks! Thank you for your advice.

Received a call from these people last year on my work phone; a number that almost no one uses except for emergencies. The inital caller told me that I had a fraud case pending against me. But funny enough, I work for the police and haven't heard anything in reference to this. I hung up on the man and he immediately called back and told me there was no need to hang up and that this is something I need to have taken care of. Out of frustration, I cursed him out and promptly hung up again. I get a call this morning and promptly hung up after being told that "they've" been trying to reach me in reference to this fraud case still pending (months later). This caller called right back, a message was taken and then I did a google search on the phone number that was left (509)-464-6607 and found this website. My co-worker that took the message said that the caller informed her that if there wasn't a call back that the police will be taking a report in reference to this unknown fraudulent case against me. I'm tired of it and I'm sick of it. These ppl need to get a life and realize that they're not getting anything from me except the dial tone!
The same thing mentioned above. Melissa Jones calling. Several calls actually for didn't companies. Called from different number. I was told to file complaint with the federal trade commission.
Just received a call from Lisa at LMI Legal Services. The call came through as "restricted". Said that it was regarding their client Ace Cash who I did business with in 2010 and that they deposited money into my account at Wachovia Bank. First off, I never had an account with Wachovia Bank. Second off, I've never done business with Ace Cash. She tried to verify my name, address and last four of my social. I did not confirm anything. She then asked for my attorney's information. I told her that if she had information on a lawsuit against me that they needed to send that information to me in writing. She told me that they only work in emails. I asked her for her number, she gave me 509-464-6607. I asked for her mailing address and she said that there wasn't one. I asked how does a legal company not have a physical or mailing address, she stated again that they only work via email. I asked her not to contact me via telephone at any of my numbers that she may have and that all contact must be done in writing. She got nasty and hung up. Total scam. I've reported them to FTC and Attorney General.
