Number on my phone is a local area code and number for Tonasket, WA. but there is no listing for a Dan Jenkins as shown on Caller ID.  Recorded voice says they are Card Services and they have information.  I hung up then.  Tried to call back and got an answering machine.
Can they hijack phone numbers or "spoof" them on our Caller ID's?
