Got the same call as Mad, looking for a job and that I filled out a forum sometime in the past. I said no I did not wich caught him off guard. Then went into some thng about free financial aid if I went back to college. At which point I hung up.
This company has called myself, and my 10 year old son stating that we filled out an online survey and are looking for jobs. When I called back and asked them why they are calling, as all of our cell numbers are listed on the do not call list the rep hung up on me. So, I called the number that called my son (which has a Texas area code) I got the same rep, explained it was bad customer service to hang up on a potential employee :) and I wanted to speak to a supervisor he hung up on me again. Obviously a scam!

I got the same call you guys did not too long ago. The idiot claimed I took an online survey (which I didn't) and when I told him I didn't take any surveys today, he said, "Even if it wasn't you, I can help you find a job in your area..." WHOA! Hold on a moment! "Even if it wasn't you"? Now, THAT'S a definite red flag, right there!
I just had the same call (T-Mobile), when the `ghea` sounding guy said I filled out an online survey, I asked him, what survey was it?, I asked 3 times what survey was it that prompted this call back? I need to know for my records, what survey....
beep beep beep, he hung up.
SCAM!
-Unless you know someone don't ever give out personal info.
-Anyone can get a Google phone number and I am sure that is what this number is.
