I just got the same call. I've gotten them before. A scam calling I think based in India or Nigeria. They are annoying and the only way to staop them is to register your number with the National Do Not Call Registrey at (888)382-1222. It is easy to do but takes 30 days to kick in, so you have to be annoyed for 30 days!
