First block your own 'caller ID' number by dialing *67 to get the secondary 'stutter' dial tone. Then dial the above number
to receive a recording stating that the number is 'not in service', 'representative not available right now', 'ring no answer' tone
or the 'reorder' tone. In this case, I called back and got 'air' or 'silence' for 30 seconds followed by a third world male answering...

This is yet another Teleterrorist "Cold Call" to be entered into the 'PhoneTray' list to be blocked!
Received a message that something (uncertain what) had expired and that I could be taken into custody because there were four serious charges against me. It was clearly a recording, without any specifics, and no related information by mail, so it sounded like a scam.
This is a bogus call from the "IRS" threatening to take legal action against you. Obviously it is a scam. If the IRS had issues with you, you would get an official letter and not a robocall. Don't fall for the scam. Also, the caller ID reads "Washington Call". I am assuming they want you to believe it is from Washington DC, yet the area code is Washington State. The least these scammers can do is plan out the scam a little better....
Hey David... apparently you're unaware of their ability to put any number they want in that caller ID field, including the area code? You are correct about area code 509 being from WA state, but ALL of these scam calls are spoofed numbers originating from overseas.
