Because it woke me up, I answered the phone. He said he was calling to tell me my "entry" had won 5 million dollars and a new white mercedes. He was calling from a cell phone that kept fading out and I had to ask him to repeat several times. He said he was calling from Washington and UPS would deliver my "package" for $150. I hung up at that time.
