Found a missed call from this number. My caller id said "Bansai Bistro". Just a few seconds ago they called again. I answered and a man said he is doing a research for one of their clients. So, it's some kind of survey company. I asked them not to call again, and blocked their number just in case as well. :)
Actually they are based in spokane wa. but they are a biased group who give political surveys with a slant towards one opinion. Implying negatives to the opposition. If you listen closely you will hear that. They also contract out to a place that tries out commercials on consumers. They will send you a half hour sitcom with the supposed intent of you viewing it and then giving them a suggestion as to wether the show should be aired. This is just to get you to watch the tape, the show is actually archaic and the commercials are very detailed and long. When they call to get your response, they ask about three questions about the "show" and sixty about the commercials.
